1. Health Declaration and Registration forms 
- Do hand up all your forms to Nicole latest by 18th June 2012 ,Monday




2. Grading
- Grading is coming up on 21st July (Red 1 and above) and 22nd July (All grades except for red 1 and above) at Toa Payoh Stadium.

-Do note that only those who have handed up their Health Declaration and registration forms will be able to go for grading.

-For coloured belts, you can start bringing $25 this coming Thursday and hand it up to Shirley if you are interested to go for grading!

-White belts going for grading, make sure you have handed up your passport size photo to Nicole.

The last day to hand up your money to shirley for grading is 21st of June 2012 ,Thursday

3. Dobok (Uniform)
-The Last day to hand up your money to Titus/Junyi is this Thursday 14th June 2012. We will only be ordering for those who have paid.


4. Embroidery of Jacket 
-Do Note that the last day to hand up your jacket and $15 to Titus/Junyi is this Thursday 14th June 2012.

-You can write your name on a piece on paper and put it in the pocket of the jacket.


5. NPTKD Freshman Orientation Camp 2012


When: 6th to 8th July 2012
Price: $12

We are having our annual 3days 2night stayover camp at the loft which will be filled with LOTS of fun and bonding ((: CCA points will be given and meals are provided!

You can take the Idemnity form from Nicole during training.
