Tuesday, May 08, 2012 10:05 AM Hi, Thank you for joining the tea session with us yesterday. We hope you've enjoyed yourselves and make some new friends. (: We would like to remind you that the health declaration form and the club registration form are to be filled up and submitted back to us ASAP. Do remember to give us 2 passport sized photo as well. A small training fee will be collected. Fee will be for coaching and buying of new equipment. Fees are as follows: All belts up till black belt: $10 per month Black belts & above: $5 per month Feel free to approach me if you have any enquiries or suggestions.
