Few important announcements for everyone.

1) Registration forms & Health declaration forms [Submitted by Thursday, 17th May]
    -Anyone who is interested in joining Ngee Ann Taekwondo MUST to complete and submit these forms (with Passport sized Photos attached).
    -Forms can be taken or submitted to Nicole (Secretary).
    -When submitting forms, please pass atleast 1 Passport sized photo with your name written on the back to Nicole.

2) Taekwondo Uniform (DoBok, 도복) [Orders submitted by Thursday, 17th May]
    -Anyone who wants to get the uniform can place your orders with Titus or Jun Yi (Logistics). [Include Name and Height]
    -Price is $65, inclusive of top, bottom, belt and club crest, STF Approved. [Brand: Mooto]

3) Grading
    -All who are interested in continuing Taekwondo under Ngee Ann Taekwondo are to submit your Grading cards to Shayne (Student Walfare).
    -Grading is every 3 Months [Next Grading in July]

      REQUIREMENTS
      1} Min. 50% Attendance
      2} Fees: All belt levels till Black Tip - $25
                    Late submission: +$10 penalty fee onto grading fee

4)Training Fees
   -All belt levels till Black Tip - $10 {per month}
   -Black Belts and Above - $5 {per month}
   -You can request to pay per Month or per Term{3 Months}
   -Payment of fees to be made to Shirley (Treasurer)

5)Saturday Optional Training
   -There is an Optional training conducted every Saturday.
   -Saturday training attendance will be taken into account if attendance is needed for Grading, Competitions, etc...
 
   Venue: Block 16, Level 3, Room 3
   Time:   1pm - 4pm
   Attire:  Casual track attire (No DoBok required)
 
6)6th National Taekwondo Poomsae Championships
   -Commitment is Required
   -Extra training may be conducted for the competition.
   -Competition held on 9th & 10th June, Toa Payoh Sports Hall
   -Forms can be collected from Jevons (Team Captain). >>Download Form<<
   -CCA points will be awarded.
   -Categories: Individual
                       Mixed Pair (2 person, different gender)
                       Team (3 person, same gender)


   REQUIREMENTS
   1} Attendance
   2} Belt level: Yellow tip and above {WTF sanctioned}
   3} You are only allowed to do your current belt pattern.
   4} Competition fee of $20 will be fully subsidised. {Will cfm again if interested in more then 1 event}
   5} Grading card or Black Belt certificate, photocopy of Student card and Forms to be completed and submitted to Jevons (Team Captain) by Monday, 14th May.
