Grading Card ( for verification) -& A photocopy of the following: 1. IC 2. Student card/ matric card (if applicable) 3. Black belt cert/ card for black belters (if grading card missing) 4. Grading card The original IC will not be required. *Alumni need a photocopy of their diploma cert as proof. Current NP students, do collect and hand up the loft indemnity form to Jeanette. Jeanette will be at the underpass on 8Feb, Wed, 11-1pm. NTU TOC indemnity form will be passed to you soon! Please pay your camp fee of $20 to shirley soon! Thanks!
