Translated to Mandarain:  好啊！美啊！打不倒啊！

This was a cheer passed down by our Seniors and we will always cheer it after our training and of course, during competitions!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

1) Grading
  • We will meet at 8.15am @ Chinese Garden MRT station.
  • PLEASE DONT BE LATE. If you are going to be late/ going to the venue by yourself, please inform the committee members. 
  • People taking grading: 
  • Zhi Cheng,  Shun Jing, Hidayat, Jeanette, Wen Cong, Usamah, Marcus, Zhengkai, Darren, Jun Jie, Kaisheng
  • Things to take note of: 
  • 1. Shin, forearm, & groin (for guys) guards is COMPULSORY for GREEN BELT & above
  • 2. Girls MUST wear a PLAIN white round neck tee under your uniform
  • 3. No accessories (hair clip, pins, watch, bracelet, anklet, ring etc) allow to be wore!
  • 4. Keep hair tidy at all times 
  • 5. Keep finger & toe nails short 
  • 6. Iron your uniform

2) NYP Friendly
  • Date: 11th Jan (Tuesday)
  • Time: 7pm-9.30pm 
  • We will be meeting earlier (To be confirmed) to collect ur paddings/ shin, forearm guard. For guys, please bring ur own groin guards.
  • All belt levels are allowed to participate
