Hello my dear juniors!
(Yes, I 'hack' into the blog again!) :D

Hope trainings have been really fun and you guys/girls have of cos, seen your own improvement from the very first day that you joined us! :)

Apologies that a few of the seniors/alumni (like myself) might not be around most of the time during your training days due to final year projects, attachments and work etc, but do remember, OUR HEARTS ARE ALWAYS WITH NPTKD! :)


Anyway, I believe you have noted the date for July grading down onto your calendar!

My main purpose of this post is to tell you guys some IMPORTANT NOTEs that you guys should abide for ALL GRADINGs -

1. Shin, forearm, & groin (for guys) guards is COMPULSORY for GREEN BELT & above
2. Girls MUST wear a PLAIN white round neck tee under your uniform
3. Guys - DO NOT WEAR ADDITIONAL TOP under your uniform!
4. No accessories (hair clip, pins, watch, bracelet, anklet, ring etc) allow to be wore!
5. Keep hair tidy at all times (Gel it up if needed!)
6. Keep finger & toe nails short (Make it a habit to trim your nails before every training!)
7. Iron your uniform! :) (Thanks Kaixiang for the reminder!)

Please keep in mind that FAILURE to abide to the above might cause you to FAIL your grading!
