Tuesday, February 23, 2010 11:04 PM HELLO CALLING OUT TO ALL CANDIDATES INVOLVING IN IVP! There will be training this coming saturday 27th Feb 2010 at our usual training ground at 9am. Since your exams are over now, please start training on your sparring/pattern. This training will be COMPULSORY for all! Medals don't come by without hardwork! What you sow now, it will harvest later! How hard you train will determines the outcome. Train hard for it, do it once and do it well!
