IVP Weigh-in 20th feb
this saturday!

please reminded that this saturday will be your weigh in for the ivp events.
All participants are to be present in order to qualify for the competition.

we will be meeting at 9.45am at boonlay bus interchange
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE if you are heading down to ntu by yourself please inform the committee members and reach by 10.30

take note that the below are the stuff u need for registration
1. Ngee Ann student pass
2. Student pass (ez-link)
3. Identification card IC
4. Black belt grading card/ BB cert
5. For external colour belt fighters/participants please get your grading cards from your respective clubs
6. Indemity forms (the link for the form is here http://rapidshare.com/files/351765090/IndemnityForm2010.doc.html please print and fill up by the weigh in day)

a gentle reminder please bring our Indemity forms and fee $20 for Chinkeeshin tournament on the weigh in day too.

LASTLY please remember to bring all the above stated and DO NOT BE LATE for the weigh in!
