If you do not have Extra GI you may bring along track pants (pants over knee) as alternative 3. Do Bring along a notebook as there might be tips you have to jot down along the way 5. Pattern team people please know your basic movements before the camp *There will be unofficial training on thursday night 21/1 pattern team people please please come down to familiarise with your own pattern.
