Please be informed that training on

Christmas day, 25th December (Thursday) is canceled.

There will also be some changes on the following week's training days.

Monday, 29th December's training remains unchanged,

whereas the (1/1/09)

Thursday's training will be postponed to Friday, 2nd January ,

due to the New year's public holiday.

Hence, no training on 25/12/08 and 1/1/09!!!

BUT on 29/12/08 and 2/1/09!!!

******* Please turn up for the last 2 sessions to prepare yourselves fully before grading next sunday!!!!

Please ensure that your tobok are ironed neatly and don't forget to bring your belt!!!

please approach us if you need to update your belt.

girls please wear full white round neck tee...

cut ur nails ...

for green belts and above, you may bring down your guards for the sparring section.

and for those wearing Black tiger,

please get your tobok printed with the STF wordings on the back...

make sure the STF logo is sewed on and NPTKD crest attached

onto the left hand side of your tobok..
