As for the 3 members on the pending list, i have yet to receive the amount before the dateline announced. Hence, an additional 10bucks will be added due to late submission to STF, fyi.

To those who might have been pondering over my absence from training for the past 1 month, am here to declare my nonappearance due attending to personal family matters that required my full time commitment.

With kind understanding and assistance, i managed to get relieves off charge, with my acting Secretary,Treasurer (Lydia ) and Project Coordinator (Orange) to monitor the club attendance.

I'm disappointed to see the low attendance when i resumed my duties back on Thursday. 

Based on attendance record, many are not even turning up on normal training days.

I would like to make known to all members that Instructors and the Committee reserve the right to reject any members from Grading. 

Next notice that i want to send out is, we expect personal approach from members who has either difficulties on submitting fees or, excuses on not able to come down for training etc and such. 

 *Please note that NOT SUBMITTING your Training fee will disable your right on Grading as the $25 will come in as part of the $40 /Sem of the training fee for colour belts, and are only allowed Grading until full amount is paid.

I seriously do not want to get anymore late notification from whosoever as i presume that its the role for the person him/herself, coming down to explain, or least, a call to inform us of any issues. We will not hesitate to rebuff or decline any repeated parties who refused to observe our rules and statements.

Lastly, an important information for Year 1s:

Belt level criteria set for Sparring Category in competitions are applicable in STF regulations.

NTU Open a.k.a IVP : Blue Belt and above

PA- STF Taekwondo Championship: Brown belt and above

Pesta Sukan Nationals: Brown belt and above

For tournaments like PA and Nationals, they do not take results from direct previous Grading before their Tournaments into account.

To cite an example,

PA-STF Competition on late July.

Brown belt category; only Grade 2 obtained in APRIL or earlier are accepted. Grade 2 achieved on July's grading is not valid.

Thus, if one were to miss out either gradings along the way, i'm afraid that there's a likelihood of ineligibility to spar in tournaments over his/her Poly years.

So practice harder and pray hard to get double promotion if you happened to fall in this scenario. And yes, technical expertise are absolutely necessary as well.
