16 & 17 Aug 2008 ( Saturday & Sunday ) - Young Junior
30 & 31 Aug 2008( Saturday & Sunday ) - Junior & Senior

* Brown belt, poom belt and black belt holders whose Grades obtained in APRIL 2008 or earlier are eligible for this competition.

As stated in the regulations, all participants are required to wear the following protective equipment on entering the contest area :

Head gear,
Trunk protector,
Groin guard,
Forearm guards,
Shin guards ,
Gloves and
Mouthpiece.

* All female competitors will also be required to wear groin guard and the equipment used for the competition must be approved by the STF.

Last but not least ...

Attention to all club members,

please be informed that attendance is very well taken into consideration for awarding of CCA membership points as well as eligibility for grading. 85% and below for attendance will be deemed as unsatisfactory and may result in forfeiting of the subsequent grading, subjected to affirmation by the Coaches and Committee members.
I will be be keeping track of your attendance strictly and hence i urge all of you to gather your friends and fellow mates back on training.
