Monday, July 31, 2006 11:34 PM i blogged! Joc was telling QM not to have running for warming up, then i was like... "YAY!!! No running...!" who knows, the training later on is gonna be 3000x worst! From a seemingly "normal" run to ... wong-sir's round of kicks. Cant remember what we did but, it was alot alot alot! After all the kicking, running and jumping of stairs, surely it time for a well-deserved break right? BUT NO!!! Another rounds of kicking, instead of kicking around the training ground, we kicked to and fro. HAHAHAHA. Urgh! Okay, That would be the SHIONG-est part for today's training... Xinyan The friendly Asst. PC who is currently very sleepy but cannot sleep yet.
