Translated to Mandarain: 好啊！美啊！打不倒啊！
This was a cheer passed down by our Seniors and we will always cheer it after our training and of course, during competitions!

Wednesday, June 21, 2006 6:03 AM  hey guys! How's training yesterday??? Fun? Tiring? haha. feel really free to give ur comments k? =D Let's recall on yesterday training. hmmmm... Bee Siang mam (sounds weird ya? haha. =x) took class yesterday. I think is nice. coz she my President mah. must support her. haha. but is true bah. yesterday's training. the warm up was nice wasn't it? then follow by the basic kicks... and then those add on "combo" kicks. =) example: turning kick follow by back thrust; slide in turning follow by another turning kick etc. hope u all learnt something from those kicks. =) I know is tiring coz i also very tired after those kicks. haha. =x Following up was kickings using arm-mitt. nice try ya? we did left, right front kicks right? Remember what Mam told us? when the kick is execute, ur leg and knee must be straight when hit the arm-mitt. but however, nice try everyone! =))) Lastly, Pattern revision. =D so, improved again? or deprove? But truthfully, for my dear juniors(white belts), i personally think that u guys had improved. =) so *clap clap clap* for u guys, keep up the great job and work HARDER! haha. and of coz to my other fellow tkd peeps who went for pattern training yesterday... sy, tc, tommy, angie, ME, jm, xk, naz, max, qm, kc, jb, tony. (did i miss anyone out? hope not =]) lets jiayou! and let grading be a nice one for us. hehes. =D GAMBATTE! and DO REMEMBER WHAT JOSEPH SIR TOLD US ALRIGHT? =D to end, to the 12 peeps who had gone for the First Aid Course(including me and Wong Sir. LOL), this coming Sat will be our TEST le. haha. also must JIAYOU!!! quote from Sebas, "No worry, I am a Professional First Aider!". hahaha. =D and lets be one! hehes. +jocelynn+ |
